Return & Refund policy

You may return any unused product for exchange only within 10 days from the time you receive your order. The item must be in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred during your order. Only products in unused condition will be accepted for return and exchange.

Returns will be credited to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. The refund should appear in your bank account within the following 5-10 business days. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Capsize, 763-A Avenue Taniata, Lévis, Quebec, Canada, G6Z 2C6. Make sure to include the original invoice.
